Your sustainability goals are set — but no one is pulling along?

You have defined goals, written reports, proposed measures. And yet, little is moving.

The problem is rarely the strategy. It is the missing methods to reach people inside the organization, win allies, and navigate resistance.

Methodological tools are missing

Competencies in change management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational navigation are missing — and classic further education rarely teaches them.

Awareness and support are lacking

Internally, sustainability is often seen as someone else's responsibility. The persuasion work costs time and energy that is then missing for the actual implementation.

Limited room for action

No budget, no formal decision authority, often far from the executive level — the structural hurdles are real.

What sets the Impact Booster apart

The Impact Booster combines sustainability expertise with organizational development — an approach classic training programs do not offer. In a small group of 6–10 sustainability managers you build the methodological tools to anchor your strategy effectively within your organization.

For sustainability managers and CSR officers in Austrian companies who want to translate their goals into operational impact — whether implementing the VSME or embedding sustainability in day-to-day business.

In focus

Four methodological priorities you can apply directly in your own corporate context.

Systemic leverage points

Recognize who holds influence in your organization and where the most effective levers lie.

Identify key people

Find the allies who will move your sustainability project forward — and win their active participation.

Navigate resistance

Develop strategies for dealing with silos, skepticism, and competing priorities.

Audience-specific communication

Communicate sustainability in a way that different audiences actually listen to and engage with.

You receive: An initial stakeholder map and prioritization for your situation.

2

Individual coaching (8 sessions, 60 min each)

You deepen your stakeholder analysis, develop options for action tailored to your situation, and find ways to set up sustainability processes more efficiently.

You receive: Tailored strategies and concrete options for action.

3

Peer learning (online, 2x2 hours) plus networking & closing (2 hours)
